| 2024-11-21 |  | | I can't log into my wallet. I'm seeing the message, "Enrolling a second factor or signing in with a multi-factor account requires sign-in with a supported first factor. [ A phone number cannot be set as a first factor on an SMS based MFA user. ] I was never told I had to use the Google Authenticator or other 6 digit number authenticator. HELP |

| 2023-11-05 |  | | Not so great app. I have had the app for over a year and when I open it the wallet has what I had purchased for a few seconds. Then it switches to choose between custodial or non custodial wallet. I already have a wallet and Google playstore doesn't give an update. 🤷♂️ I contacted customer service via the email under the Google playstore which took me some time to find it. |
