If I try printing from the Xerox Workplace app instead it says "Printer not responding" even though it clearly detects the printer. Interestingly it prints fine with the Default Print Service instead of the Xerox one, but that one lacks the additional configuration options. Xerox obviously doesn't maintain the plugin as the same bugs are reported over several years in the reviews. |

This bug has existed for a very long time and still hasn't been fixed. It's so irritating that, together with the "Xerox Print Experience" that keeps installing itself on my PC, even though I don't want it, I won't buy a Xerox printer again, even though I like my 6510 a lot. Nice printer let down by the software on all platforms. |
| 2021-10-27 |  | | I use Xerox printers since 2004. They keep adding new features and making products better. The driver for Android works fine (in my case) as long as the printer is on and ready. When it's offline, the driver does not wait enough and decides to raise an error. A retry after a few seconds usually succeeds. |
| 2021-09-28 |  | | This works well as long as you can get used to the fact that a bug exists. The printer always shows as unavailable despite being on and connected via the same WiFi network. To connect you need to choose another printer and choose the same one again. This happens every time, even if you print again immediately. Most people will give up and uninstall before finding this out. It could be better and is somewhat tedious! |
