Every time I log into Xero I tick "remember this device' but EVERY time I have to verify 🥱 Other than that, at least the notification is quick.

I find it super annoying that I am forced to install yet another app on my phone just for a verification code. SMS should be sufficient. This is the only accounting program of the MANY that I use that requires this. It's actually enough to cause me to discourage people from using the software at all.

Useless piece of unwanted added security that helps no one. Funny how it is easier to log in to my bank account (where someone could do serious damage) than getting into xero... Useful security that doesn't impact the user is great. Dont make it so that i have to go and get my phone to log in to xero on my laptop and wait to get a message to pop up ages after. Yes, im still butt hurt about this, and the popup to review this app added to the inflammation. And, keep classic invoicing.

I am really annoyed, missing a day of work because of this app. After joining and paying to use xero. I am requested to use multi factor Authentication which i never requested. During the trial all was fine. Took me an hour to download the app, i tried scanning and use set up key, i get an error internet connection issues, if issue permisist Check your date and time settings. Please remove multi factor Authentication on my profile, i need to work. I can not contact your support team.

I like the programme and find it easy to use once you learn.. but what I dislike is the price is higher again it's quite a high amount to be spent when just starting out.. I would also like to be able to do receipts straight into exero without an extra charge to do so..

Works as advertised, no delay at all. Changing review, because the push notifications pretty much NEVER arrive on time. I can only ever use the alternative option (code within the app) to log on. Push request normally arrives 5-10 minutes after I've already logged on. This is the only authenticator that never sends a request on time I have to work with. Pretty poor.

Uninstalled the app/software for a short time and as was away. Came back and despite knowing my account and device I haven't received a notification on this Verify software. Trying to connect to support but there isn't a number available to call. It says that there is 24/7 support but you can't access that if you're locked out. Sent my email address to the support team and hoping for a quick response. Really frustrating....

Yeah let's just complicate things more because technology is supposed to make life easier. I mean, I sure hope nobody steals my highly classified estimates and invoices. The customer support instructions say to push the "get in touch" button which doesn't actually exist...like thier phone number. I am stuck in a loop and can't contact them. This authenticator should probably be an optional feature. Heck, some people might pay extra for that. I want to cancel my subscription at this point.
