REPLY TO REVIEW FROM "JBR": no, FPS isn't how many times your phone refreshes. FPS is the number of frames per second that your graphics processing unit is outputting. The higher the FPS, (typically) motion appears much smoother. The refresh rate is the number of times in one second that your display is refreshing with a new frame. |
