| 2024-08-28 |  | | It's getting really frustrating having to login non stop. It was working fine for months, but now we're back to ground zero. On top of it, it blocks the password manager from filling it in, so it takes a few minutes of copy and pasting. The newest update messed up so much. The added back button, and removal of being to use the phones back button (exits app now), sucks along with the non stop errors while scrolling through search results. I want to keep my membership but the app isn't working. |

So I tried to re install the app and now I get nothing. I don't even think my 7 day trial period was up yet. Then you show your prices as 26.99 but you charged me 28.99. Listen guys, you had a good thing going several years ago. But greed took over. You don't have to be greedy when the product is good because everybody s happy. I demand my money back. $28.99 |

It doesn't follow any if the standard rules of search and very specific search terms can return tens of thousands of results, very few of which relate to your intended item. This is extremely aggravating. I'm looking for alternatives immediately as the frustration has reached peak levels. Also, their customer service is non-existent. |

Another recent update which did absolutely nothing but make something else not work. Now if I hit the back button on the phone it exits the app Instead of returning me to previous page. Now I have to click their arrow to do this. Also they have NEVER fixed it so we can stay signed in for more than 24 hrs. |

Overall they have a nice website/app. But it's not for me, will be deleting my account. It's sad, because I wanted to compare the value of my coins with other coins. I could've learned a lot. Sometimes one just wants to be excited, it's the excitement that keeps me around. |

I can bring up a list of sold comps on Ebay and worthpoint might show a few of them. Most of the time i can't scroll past the first batch of items in a search without getting an error and the search results going blank. I can find info on an unknown item occasionally but at this point the price is not worth the junk app. |

Searches turn up irrelevant items mixed in which makes it very hard and time consuming to look through. Had issues with my password several times it wasn't letting me log in. I gave it 3 stars because it used to be better. If I was rating based on the last year I would give it one star. The issues with irrelevant items clogging search has always been an issue tho. |

If you forget the password, it locks you out after three tries and even if you do the password reset, it tells you you've had too many failed attempts. Have had the service for a year and have dealt with this password circus at least six times so far. Totally unacceptable. Makes the app completely unusable and there's no help unless it's during the hours they happen to be open. Do better |

Doesn't let you login, locks you out, doesn't work with biometrics, long login process that includes welcome screens every time you open it, logs you out quicker than banking apps. I'll gladly rate this much higher when the new version of the app is either fixed and replaced with the old version that worked reasonably well. |
| 2023-03-25 |  | | I did not like this app. It's complicated to search for anything. I never found a single thing I was looking for. And for what they want each month, it's not a great idea. Especially when there are numerous other FREE ways to search for items (Google lens, ebay, etc.) that are much more simple to use. And watch your accounts! I canceled well within the time and they still charged me for a full month. I will give them kudos for refunding me though. I sent them an email and had a refund next day. |
