I've been using TCF for many years, and it was GREAT. However, ever since they created a new interface, it's horrible. It started with small problems that were easily resolved in minutes to now bigger issues that take days to get resolved. It's impossible to run a business like that. App constantly glitches, checklists get lost, pictures disappear, new customer info doesn' save, AND when calling customer service, a woman answers with kid and animal noises in the background (farm noises).
Horrible communication! I have had a few cards I've had to cancel due to employees losing them and then if the billing doesn't go through they don't call or email or anything to you to let you know- they just completely log you out right away with no notice! Its ridiculous!
