I don't like writing reviews like this. This app (had) been flawless since I started using it nearly ten years ago. I am IT literate. I only use Samsung Galaxy phones. My Google account linked to this app has never changed. That said, I "lost" HALF of the 200 notes saved/synched over years. (They are stored in an export file folder on my phone). Had I not done THAT, all of my stuff would be gone. I don't want AI, period. I want this broken app to work again without having to add my notes back.
An 'OK' note. No options for formatting, boring colors when just using and not buying. I just got a new phone. I used to use MotoNote. MotoNote is AMAZING THIS InkPad IS NOT. The Buying options (frmt/Clrs/Bkgrnd) 4 InkPad are pretty boring too. Really, I'm just trying it. I'm looking for something more 'fun' for free. I'll end up deleting this one after I find something comparable to MotoNote, as far as color, fun & formatting options. Inkpad is Just a Shell. 🥸
It's 09/01/24, and I still see this feature issue I mentioned back in 08/2023 has not been updated or resolved. Love using Inkpad, have been for years. However, the new copy & paste feature is very difficult to use, especially when grabbing the circles on the end of the cursors. It toggles wherever several attempts are needed to grab the text. The choice box (copy/paste/select all) gets in the way when making a selection. Please revert back to the old copy & paste feature. It was much easier.
