2024-11-30 | alec creasey | Constantly hard resets login. Clocked in and out of work all week. On the last day it completely forgets everything. Says biometrics need re enabled, has you sign in with your pin. Then asks to send you a code to verify you are who you are. Enter the code it then asks for your full work email login and password. Then it makes you reset the pin. And it does this constantly at least 2 or 3 times a month.
2024-11-25 | Jason Allen | Clunky interface that changes on you periodically, so you can't quickly clock in. Sometimes, it tells you you're checked in after lunch, only to find it still on lunch when you go to clock out for the end of the day. Time is in decimals. Why make us open up a calculator to figure out partial days off. Says your not close enough to campus to clock in when your inside the building (am I supposed to climb inside the walls?). There is way more wrong but not enough room to say here. Needs overhaul!
2024-11-23 | Josephine Nuccio | Had to update the app to use on my phone. Ok, no problem. Except once I did, it erased all my data, and it won't recognize my work ID or organization. I tried to enter the organization again and it sent me to a college instead of the county and I can't erase the college or reset it. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. I still can't get into it. It shouldn't be this hard.
2024-11-21 | Allen Williamson | Difficult to use. Sign in and reset are so annoying that I give up and go to h.r. the fact that I have to have duo installed to verify my info is crazy. Will not reset in the early hours after work. And logging me out every so often is annoying and frustrating to get logged back in . Need the ability to save to Google password or use biometrics to relogging. Passwords are outdated!
2024-11-19 | Giovanni Gomez | Nearly impossible to request time off on the app. You get asked to enter "Value" and it's spends over a minute to load. You get a can't find value text, and it refuses everything I search for the "value". No help button in app so just stuck going in circles to figure out what's going on. Everything is slow to load.
2024-11-12 | Jake “Jeff” Ilson | Does not work with DuckDuckGo as default browser. For my employer, it opens your default browser in-app to request HYPR - unclear why it can't do that on its own without using my browser... Then once verified, it returns to a blank screen (the in-app browser) which I need to exit, and returns me to Workday sign in screen, which routes me back to HYPR. Completely unusable.
2024-11-12 | David James Michel | Security requirements will negatively affect pay. Doesn't give a heads up before requiring a new password. You're just forced to spend an extra 2 minutes changing the password which was annoying before but acceptable. Now it will just be on a blank screen while loading the next security screen and nothing happens.. im just trying to clock in. Shouldve emailed me a week ago to update my password. Edit- From the pc website, it was wanting to confirm my contact info.. but on the app it never loaded
2024-10-22 | Andrew de Haseth | Way too many clicks to approve something. Default is to see notification, then go to process overview, then my specific steps, then approve. Not intuitive at all. For vacation approval I just need a direct link to yes/no buttons. Nice to have the option to view more detail, but it's not always needed so don't force me through it.
2024-10-20 | Nena C. | This app sucks. It does the 2 step process every time even if you just did it a few minutes ago. I get if it requires it once a month or even once a week but not every time. It wasn't like that before when I first started using it last year but maybe an update messed it up. Pls people of Workday, look at how easy and user friendly ADP is and copy that.
2024-10-09 | Steve Sowders | Hate this app! It's too confusing. Passwords need to be changed too often so I can never remember which one to use. Even though you can use your fingerprint, they still want to send a code to your email for verification. I'd rather just go back to paper. Trees are regrow in less time it takes to get into my information. |
