When I spin the wheel and win coins they show that they're being added to my balance, but then a few seconds later my balance is back to what it was before I won. The other issue is that once I start to play a game there is no way to get back to the main menu. You have to quit and restart the app. Lastly the colors on the daily challenge ( Specifically black and brown) are almost indistinguishable . |

Also, after downloading game on new phone, there's no way to restore prior history. Restore feature does not work. Had to go from level 195 back to 1. I'm not happy!!! Please help! |

These games are supposed to be for relaxation; I've unscrewed the last screw, on a "hard" level, and clicked to put it in it's last spot and the screen jumps to a times up message. Yeah, no thanks. At least give players a settings choice if they want a timer. |

There's also no undo if you accidentally choose the wrong screw. But guess what: A replay would not only make you watch another ad, but a level consists of sublevels, and basically start from the beginning. There are less annoying games out there! I'm uninstalling this program! |

Ads. Need more time? Ads. Just a lot of options requires you to watch ads. Pretty much, it's like every step you take, there's an ad you need to watch. It's just too much. |

No way to contact customer support or get help. Sent email and they don't answer. Lose your power ups. You can't navigate well within the games. Wish I could get support! Takes way too much time. Oh but wait there's more! At a certain point they start giving you one less screw hole per a level to make it unsolvable. If you want to unlock an extra screw hole, guess what you have to do? Watch an ad!!! And they are the worst kind of ads. You have to press multiple buttons and wait multiple times to even close one. |

Fat Finger Advertisement, when you click on x to close the ad you are still directed to the ad because the x is too small. 4. If there's no ad available you cannot move forward. You have to keep clicking until an ad shows up. |
| 2024-09-30 |  | | Once I got past the "leave us a review" prompt (originally left 5 stars), suddenly I started getting ads between levels. In my opinion this is even more scummy than the normal excessive ads. Gameplay is great, love the progressive difficulty and quick tutorial. EDIT: developer claims to be attempting to reduce the ads between levels. If this is true, this would become the best screw game I've found. Tentatively re-downloading, will update in a month. |

Levels are structured in such a way that you probably won't get it on the first go without using in game currency to get an extra hole, which you have to repurchase if you restart. Furthermore, to restart a level, you have to replay the previous level first, which is annoying and frustrating. Response to developer response: difficulty was not my only complaint.
