I am having issues four days ago I could view my all orders on the mobile app, now all of a sudden the orders I can't view them it keeps saying try first test order but the performance dashboard is showing and the order icon is showing just numbers pls resolve

The app is useless without installing a jetpack. Otherwise it is okay. The first time I tried installing , the app was requesting for jetpack to be installed in my wp. Meaning those who choose not to use jetpack can't utilize the app. That's what I mean

Don't expect help! EDIT: My original review was grave. But after working with support we were able to reach a very positive outcome. My case was particularly convoluted, a lot of troubleshooting was needed. I was worried that I would get no solution until the next version came out or I got another device. But their team worked hard and stuck with it. They attacked the problem from several angles, stayed in touch with me, and delivered in the end. I cannot say enough about the effort they put in!

I don't see options for taking payments via WisePad3 (connected) neither it allows me to take payments via tap to pay option. My phones supports tap to pay and I can use it via Stripe app or Tyl by Natwest app but not via Woocommerce app. I already sent a ticket but can wait enough due to upcoming in person sales event :( PS: I was wrong. This app works nicely and I've been able to connect my card reader OK. Support from WooCommerce engineers was nice :) Thank you.

I had to download jetpack for the app to finally connect, I hope jetpack won't slow down my site the way it did when I started. Edit: App worked well for months after loading jetpack, last month it stop laoding Orders, it constantly said "error laoding", so I ended up disabling Jetpack and app is back to normal.

Great App, but would be great if I could also manage the accounts I am a collaborator on else I am just having to go back to the laptop and browser. Can I view my customer's site based on the permissions provided (Orders in this specific case). Thank you.

Works great - I can update inventory and product pics straight from my phone. Simple layout and easy to use.

Everything is good. When someone pay, it show which method custoner used but don't show the transaction id which customer provided manually. It cause some hastle & have to go with pc again.

Its a Good app but I don't know what is the problem with its interface whether it's the speed or there's some problem with the notifications that never come up and it never refreshes on its own and now not even the pictures of my products are loading on it. I really want to use it as I've been using it since the last 7 to 8 months but now it has become a mess it's becoming very difficult for me to use it

The app is very good but what I think is I have added a pos in my wordpress site While creating a product in desktop it is showing barcode field While coming to mobile application it is not showing barcode field (For creating a new product not for creating order)
