| 2024-09-09 |  | | Terrible customer service. I downloaded the app and did the free trial. In less than a day I realized they did not have all the features I wanted in a parental control app so I cancelled the subscription thesame day so the free trial was not up. Days later I was charged for the year subscription. I have contacted customer service many times and have received no help. They pretty much seem like they are refusing to refund my money when I cancelled during the free trial. Beware!!! |
| 2024-07-23 |  | | This app worked great during the free trial period. However, after purchasing an annual subscription, I encountered significant issues. Despite completing the setup on my computer to access all features, none of them are functioning. It has been nearly a month since I acquired the app, and I'm extremely disappointed that none of its features are operational. This app has turned out to be a waste of money and is not worth it at all. |
| 2023-11-30 |  | | In march 2023 i gave it five stars I used the paid version for 3 years and it was great. But I have to change it to 1 star a couple months ago it. I tried everything updates, reinstalling it, different phones, nothing fix it. I thought I had unsubscribed but I just realize I was charged another $60. I haven't used the app in months. I see that there are bug fixes. I'm willing to try it out but I am requesting a refund of the last 60$. please until I know urs going to work correctly. |
| 2023-09-23 |  | | It worked for a few months, and then it stopped working. I contacted the help center, and after several emails back and forth, nothing was fixed. They kept saying it was my fault that the app wasn't updating when it was clearly the app itself that wasn't updating. The app started timing out my child's tablet after minutes of watching it, not the allotted 1 hour. At first, it was worth the money, but not anymore. I'm going to find another program. Disappointed. |
| 2023-02-21 |  | | It's a trial for the most basic of services, and it expired insanely quickly. Can't find someone's phone due to the expiration, so the app is worthless. There are hundreds of free options that can do the same, and some with trials that don't immediately lock you out afterward. You think at least the basic tracking would be allowed, but no everything is locked. App isn't worth your time unless you have a big family I guess, move along. |
| 2023-02-06 |  | | I love it..but lately the app has some issues where my daughter would have her phone powered off during school hours but when she powers it back on it will say her time is up..the app would automatically turn off accessibility settings and other things. It has gotten very annoying. If I'm paying for this app, can it at least work properly.. |
| 2022-11-30 |  | | The app has great features and the support team is very responsive. However, the accesibility permissions would turn off all the time. I was able to uninstall the app on both my kids devices without a password which didnt used to be the case. And i have to reinstall the app almost weekly because i stop getting text notifications. And i dont ever see any texts from one of my kids devices (all android) even though they contain words from the library. 3 stars for the features that do work. |
| 2022-09-24 |  | | It's just okay. It's has many issues. I don't believe that this app should be rated at 5 stars in the play store. I'm not sure how that's possible with the problems that are inherited in the app. They did finally fix the broken links from notifications so, that's good. But there are accessibility permissions errors all the time and we have followed all the instructions to fix that and even done reinstallation of the app. In the past my child has been able to bypass some of the protection. |
| 2022-08-25 |  | | I do not recommend this app. If you have an iPhone save yourself some money and headaches and use the in house ("screen time"). It does everything this app does beyond the location services and functions way better and costs nothing. The "kid" phone would lock or unlock sporadically. It was never consistent. The location feature was not always accurate and the experience culminated with an "upgrade" that locked up the phone entirely resulting in a factory reset. Do not use this product. |
| 2021-07-08 |  | | I get notifications but they do not show up on the app so I don't get the details until a later time...after my child has watched the inappropriate content. I expect title such as 'real s&x sounds' would have been blocked rather than only flagged as inappropriate. The last update made things too complicated and not user friendly. Also, when child sends me request for use of an app it doesn't always work when I select 'allow'. This app causes a lot of aggravation. I don't recommend. |
