| 2024-11-16 |  | | Was a good app and host, but after an update changed my renewal settings, I was charged for a renewal that I didn't want. I tried talking with customer service and got nowhere. Wasted my time, and after requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was treated poorly and was disconnected without speaking with a supervisor at request. I would not recommend Wix to anyone. |

Also, only being able to add digital products via desktop makes this app (and platform) mostly useless to me, as I primarily run my shop through my phone and found it cumbersome to have to use my computer for every little thing. Come on... even the Weebly app allows the upload of digital products. |

When sending a message to customers, there is a TINY box where you can barely type, and easily touch those dumb icons causing the box to constantly close and ruin your long spent time on the message. Not user friendly at all. Plus, the platform is lacking many other crucial features which nobody from Wix has solved yet for ages. I've sent numerous messages and recommendations, but they fail to implement them, and as such they will always be lower than the other platforms. |
| 2024-09-29 |  | | You can't get a refund on your web domain and they auto renew. Be VERY careful about buying one because if you forget about it by even one day you are out of that money. Also canceling just switches it off of autorenew and doesn't say canceled. I'm going to be wasting it very closely to make sure it doesn't charge me again. The service was okay at creating a website but that's all I have for the product. |

I've tried to wipe the cache but then it deletes my blog drafts and I have to start all over. I like what its supposed to do but some days it takes me several hours just to write a blog post and then sometimes I still lose what I wrote. And it gets really frustrating. |
| 2024-08-02 |  | | Easy to use for the most part, especially on my phone when I can't get to a laptop. However, you can't edit the website from your phone unless you use Wix ADI. I loved this feature at first, but wasn't able to do an anchor menu - only in Wix Editor. So I switched to Editor to make the menu, thinking I could switch back. Nope. Now I can't use ADI anymore. I want the capabilities of both editing on a laptop or mobile phone and that was taken away. So I'm a bit frustrated by that. |
| 2024-07-20 |  | | I ended up just deleting the app. I was led there by Google under the impression I could make a portfolio but couldn't find anything of the sort and couldn't figure out how to get started with pretty much anything on the app. Anything that I searched came up with zero results on the app. Added a bunch of pictures and it only gave me an option to put them in a folder. Didn't give any options on any way to share the pictures, or make them public or private. Definitely wasted a lot of time. |

I intend to blog while travelling with a bluetooth keyboard and the phone in landscape mode, but wix is stuck in portrait mode. It takes up to 5 minutes to load and then when I click on the widget I need to open (payments, messages, calendar and so on) it takes even longer just to open. I've used this app for several years and it never improves. This last update, I can't even see how many times a visitor has been on the site now. That was actually good information to have and now it's gone. UPDATE: After maybe 3 updates on Wix app, it's worse! Slow! |

Very difficult to get customer service to respond - took days, and different people respond to the same issue si you have to start over again each time. My issue was that the app allows the use of different currencies but it doesn't support it, so every customer was getting their purchase denied. I lost several sales as a result. |
