2024-12-06 | Alan W. | I have owned every withings watches since the very first watch they have sold. I have enjoyed it overall, but after a recent update, it has started draining battery like crazy. During the past few days the app have on average drained 60+% of my battery each day. This is ridiculous! This crazy battery drainage have forced me to put the app into deep sleep and effectively rendered all the smart features useless. Please undo whatever you have "fix" so I can start using the watch again.
2024-12-04 | J Lee | Love withings but...Left a review 10 months ago about app is lacking. Got a simple "we're sorry" but nothing's changed. You can't see steps in the app while actively doing an activity. All you see is heart rate and level of intensity. That's great for some higher intensity workouts types but while walking to reach a step goal you should see current steps. Also you cant access other screens of the app while in an activity. You are locked at heart rate/intensity screen til you stop activity.
2024-12-03 | Christopher Crammond | The scale no longer syncs over Wi-Fi. Sometimes it will sync to the withings app over Bluetooth if I have that app open and the phone screen on while I weigh myself. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of hardware support for this older smart device. More like smart waste.
2024-12-02 | Nicole Lian | The app works okay but can be a bit of a struggle to find things sometimes. I despise that when I open the app the first thing I see is if it thinks I'm gaining or losing weight. I wish I could turn that off, my weight fluctuates a lot and I'm used to that but seeing "gaining weight" even when I know it's just water is upsetting. I mitigate this by exporting to a different app and that charts my trending weight which is much more helpful.
2024-11-29 | Timothy Armstrong | The app and Body Scan scale work great! My only question is how to view the layout shown on the box displaying percentages in body areas such as Torso and limbs. I was looking forward to that aspect more than anything though not seeing an "Explore" screen in the Withings app.
2024-11-21 | Chris echo | Edit: my gf wanted to use the scale, and it refused to give me any info since she didn't have a profile. But I couldn't add a new profile for the life of me... I hate this app so much, 1 stars... I could have sworn I remembered being able to actually choose what information was displayed in the app. I don't care about notifications for services I'm never going to buy. The UI feels ugly and disorganized, and the information does not seem to properly sync across my devices or other health apps.
2024-11-21 | Lu Boothe | This was a horrible experience I see why the eat now program sent the body pro 10 cause its cheap and doesn't connect. I would complain because what is the point of having a wireless product just to have to manually enter things in but since it was a free product I will just use it to see how much I weight and never purchase anything from this company
2024-11-10 | Jens Puhlmann | Works well with the watch, but it's basically a big upsell. "Today's missions" can't be turned off and take up all the screen space - basically a massive advertisement. I need to scroll through the page to see what's important to me; the actual measurements. Until I get the option to turn off a thing but the measurements display, I'll keep this rating.
2024-11-07 | Nathan Brink | I love the watch and used to love the app. A few months back though, the app updated and now to get GPS tracking you have to trigger the workout from your watch and then open the app on your phone, otherwise it won't record your GPS track. That's a huge pain when you're trying to run. I'm told downgrading to the old version of the app fixes the problem, so Withings' answer of "oh this is a problem with Android" is likely a cop-out, which is disappointing.
2024-10-23 | Ward Furman | I used this app in conjunction with my body scale everyday for the last couple of years. A couple of days ago I realized my scale had not been sinking my data to the app. I attempted to connect them again but no good. I reset the scale and that did not help. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and that did nothing. I verified that I'm on a 2.4 Wi-Fi and that my phone sees the scale, but it fails every attempt to connect. The link provided in the reply below throws a 404 error and goes nowhere |
