| 2024-11-25 |  | | It is a work in progress and the cart ends up empty if you let the screen go dark or click into another app for a second. Then have to reset it to get it to find the store menu again and or for the order now option to work. The food is good. |

Keep up the excellent food and service. Note:app wise..... when your ordering and click out of the app your order disappears. I didn't close the app completely, just pressed home and looked at a message then went back in and my entire order was wiped. That was frustrating. |
| 2024-08-21 |  | | Mannn I was skeptical at first, I was born and raised in Brighton Colorado and Wingman (the wing place that was closed and sold for wing shack to buy) was by far my favorite wing spot. Wingman and buffalo wild wings really aren't that great compared to Wingman. So when I first tried this place I was worried, but DAMNNNNN THEY KILLED IT! I haven't had their deepfried mushrooms, Which THANK GOD they kept from the old Wingman because no one sells deepfried mushrooms. But so good so far man! |

With no way back, so I don't even know if it works. The time estimate vs the time in the order vs the time in the email are all different, and all wrong. There is no notification that food is ready. Also if the Internet goes out at the place you placed an order at it will never go through. |

I was told upon calling the store, that I could choose Uber or doordash if I installed, yet another app on my phone. Not so. So, an order that should have been simple enough to order on your website required me to install an app, reorder everything, only to find that I still can't have it delivered. You almost lost my $115.00 order, but my wife is being kind enough to go pick it up. It's 2024. Shouldn't be so hard... |
