The app automatically attempts every coupon available until the valid one with the highest discount is applied. This is a great time saver instead of having to search online. I ended up getting a $400 item for $279. So far so good, no glitches or issues with the app performance and no battery drain. |

Only get about half of my purchases recorded or credited. Definitely doing correct- the trip gets reported at the time but don't get credit or rewards as promised most of the time. When I do it actually takes months for it to be applied. Very disappointed. Feels almost like a scam to get CO credit and never get the rewards when using my actual CO card. 👎 |

I like the fact that Capital One has extended the their reach to multiply businesses to offer us the best discount possible from 1% to 10%. The best part about it is, it's free and all you have to do is sign up automatically with your email and your existing Capital One account. Not only that I like their security and accountability. I was notified immediately when my card was used without my permission. I was not penalized. |
| 2024-09-09 |  | | Not sure how they can claim they save you money, on more than one occasion I've compared prices between this app, and the actual site/app I would normally shop from i.e. Amazon (as an example) and the price is exactly the same, often times I can get "coupons" directly through Amazon without having to use this app! Just seems like an unnecessary layer. Probably to track your purchases and record your spending behavior. |

Every time I attempt to use it, it redirects me to the webview for whatever company I'm attempting to use and then freezes in the middle of whatever I'm doing. For example, I tried to use the app for Domino's Pizza, I searched for Domino's, signed in through the webview, chose Delivery and selected my address, and then tapped the Continue for Delivery CTA. Nothing happens, just a white screen with the blue banner at the top. This happens for other sites, too. |

It shows pending since over 2 mo ago. But when I open another link in the app, it only shows 2 rewards pending - not the 5 or more I've been waiting on! If Cap One doesn't want to pay a $20 reward then STOP OFFERING THEM! Secondly: as to the claims of savings & 'we'll check everything for you' - WRONG! They miss a lot!! Don't just rely on them! |

But when I clicked on the link that says forgot password or username, it wanted me to put my social security number in. I immediately uninstalled it! User beware! |

I've made many purchase attempts dating back to when this app & feature came out. I've tried on different yet compatible devices.. I've attempted thorough the main Capital One app, the online website, and via this app. All to no avail. I've read and followed all of the Terms & Conditions from both Capital One as well as each stores. |

The problem is the additional discount app that it wants you to download. I already downloaded it, but the app just keeps asking me to download it again. Apparently it wants you to keep downloading it over and over. It is really annoying. It's like spam you cannot stop. |

I have now had this app for over a month and so far I have saved no money at all because of it. I've checked it to see if there were any savings deals to use it with several times, but each time it tells me that there are no savings there. This app doesn't save you any money at all. I wouldn't waste my storage space on my phone to download it again!! |
