| 2024-11-07 |  | | Absolutely useless pp, limited and poorly defined interface. Worst of all, my A10 (used with pc) only connects via Bluetooth. My C10 - only connects to phone/tablet by Bluetooth. Only connects to TV by cables. DAP only connects by cable. Not a wifi problem, because C10 is connected to router by ethernet cable, so no dropout. |

The whole process of finding the speakers WiFi, connecting to that, changing back to 2.4ghz WiFi, inputting passwords etc etc has to be repeated every time from scratch. When connecting via Bluetooth there is no way to adjust the volume of the speaker. These speakers are not cheap so to have such an outdated and useless app is criminal. |

Just make a new app and stop skimming the old. You can only patch a roof so many times. EDIT the app is working better, the battery issue has stopped, and connectivity is smoother . So I have given it another star. |

Can never find my installed speakers (C10MKII, A10MKII). Installing these 2 was a nightmare, I was lucky once after many attempts to add to my WiFi and make it a group. Reached out to the support team, but their answer was not helpful at all (ID 13390 ; it is hard to say why your App doesn't show your speakers....) |

The way you save presets is clunky. The way you set up the speaker groups is clunky. The main selling point of this speaker is that you can have multi-room or variations of speaker groups and it's poorly implemented here. Please fix |

Basic, would benefit from more music services such as YouTube Music and BBC Sounds (now that they are not on TuneIn). Linking and unlinking speakers to each other is also slow. But it all works and the speakers are brilliant. |

The app shows speakers to be grouped but doesn't play out of all the speakers. No Youtube music service, so I have to cast, which only works for 1 speaker at a time. |
