Had problems with one or both hearing aids not connecting to the app for some time but could unpair and pair. Android phone updated to version 15 last week and while the hearing aids link to my phone, they won't sync to the app at all. It can't find them so I can't make any adjustments.

L or R randomly disconnect. Sometimes neither will connect. Close and reopen app fixes problem or need to shut phone and restart. Randomly volume momentarily increases. Volume almost mutes during game apps. Can't reorder the program icons. Only slide to change EQ settings, not tap like volume. EQ should have 5 adjustments not just bass, middle, treble. Direction is leaky; can't do semicircle or other angle. AI takes too long; most environments are not constant. Grade school app for $$$$ aids.

I have had these hearing aids for 3 years and using the APP. The APP gets worse and worse with each upgrade. The hearing aids at the moment will not connect with the APP. It was inconsistent before. It is getting time for new aids because I am getting tired of the problems. Good luck with anyone who wants to deal with it.
