Have found that energy *does* recharge based on time like advertised, but does not SHOW in the game as recharged unless I turn off my VPN and Wifi and connect with my mobile internet provider. Only have to do this to "refill" my energy, all other functions seem to work while on my secure connection, it's just frustrating that I have to quit out of the game and change settings to get it to work right. |
