Thanks for the reply but you obviously didn't read it correctly! There is "no adds" just pay me for every look up. Add Ads so when I want to look someone up I can watch a video and boom you get paid and I can use the app. |

My info was incorrect & any info that was pertaining to me had not been updated for decades, but most of the info provided wasn't mine. I then searched for my cousin's info, but it too was as mine. WRONG! I tried the Uninstaller and reinstall trick but the results were worse, it didn't even pull me up this time. So...Very... Disappointed. |

Makes no sense Edit Checked my family phone numbers that we have had for 20 years and comes up with the wrong person every time. In response to "some numbers are hard search is reason for additional cost," I can google many of the numbers that whitepages claim are difficult, and they come right up. I would not recommend it. |

App won't let me see the info I paid 4.99 for UNLESS I also buy PREMIUM membership for something I use at most once or twice a year (well, before they became a ridiculously expensive MoneyGrab, I normally go with a different app that's far more reasonable. Should have deleted this app and saved the $5 and used the other app today too!) And there's not even a link to see the lookups done in past yrs, so I might as well delete the app. |

My "account" shows the lookup I purchased hasn't been used. I tried creating an account, but you have to buy a premium account to create an account. Now I'm stuck with no way to look up the number and a lookup credit I can't use. Total ripoff!!!! |

BUT...without warning or explanation I now have 5 free lookups a month (4 of which came back as unknown name) Plus I have to pay to unlock every background. And you load my email up with notifications for updates on reports I monitor, but I can't see the updates. No thanks.Unsubscribed. False advertising? Definitely a big fall from FIRST to WORST. There are much better options available |
| 2023-01-27 |  | | 2017: Love it. Helped me so much when I had to send out Graduation Announcements and need addresses. 2023 UPDATE: I've been using this for years and never had a problem. But now all of a sudden it's just a money skeem! They definitely lost a long time customer because money is more important than quality. There's so many more apps out there that are free and give you more information than this app does. I paid 99c and didn't even get my searches I paid for but it sure did come out of my bank! |
| 2022-12-27 |  | | I gave up this app after my last review. I had it for over 10 years and was strongly dissatisfied. Recently, I picked it up again hoping it would have been improved. Actually it was worse, limiting the number of times accessing. It makes no sense. It costs NOTHING for the initial info. I'd rather have the old fashioned phone book, and the phone company would not charge for 4-1-1 calls. Ridiculous to call it Whitepages. It does not compare with the real white pages. |

For the past few months it prefills USA in for the location and is a struggle to get it changed to a city and state for a search. When you type the City and State, most of the time you now have to type it repeatedly before the change stays because the app defaults back to USA. |

Then I was told to log in the desktop and then log back in on the app. Too much trouble to get the service that I paid for an app that doesn't lag charging me monthly. UPDATE: Issue unresolved. I gave it another chance and bought the 3.99 3 lookup. The first two counted my lookup despite saying there was an error. I do not recommend. |
