| 2024-11-25 |  | | I noticed that recently after updates, when listening to voice notes, if it's a long voice note the voice note will stop when the screen goes off. Dunno why it's doing this. Before it wasn't like that. Also noticed that missed calls are not shown on screen, but only when you open WA and check you chats you will see the missed call label inside the chat. Please work on a feature that allows you to block Whatsapp video/ calls in general or for a scheduled time. |

I would like to be able to totally mute each individual ringing me. Or make it obvios the are muted from all ring tones. It is obnoxious when one contact can interrupt me and ring in my ear indefinitely. |

I noticed that when recording a voice message , the sound is not that clear and crisp compared to Facebook messenger . When I record a voice message on messenger , the sound is so clear unlike when it's on WhatsApp . Please improve voice messaging sound quality and thank you. |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | The app is great. But there's one thing I would like to recommend. It would be good if you add a group voice chats notification settings section. This would allow us to mute them. They are super annoying. I mute group notifications to avoid noise and inconveniences and leave private massage notifications on as they need attention. Most of times when the phone rings I expect inbox message only to find a a group voice chat when I check. Thank you! |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | I have tried to install the WhatsApp’s on my new phone (same cell number), and and system stated that the number is banned and to contact support. I have contacted the WhatsApp support numerous times and am still having the same issue. I keep getting the same automated response that does not resolve the issue. There is no phone number listed to contact for help. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | I use this app for a job I have that requires communication with Mexico. It no longer works on the computer. The icon on the task bar does nothing. Tried a few things to uninstall and reinstall - nothing. It is now useless. Thank goodness the phone app works, but it is more cumbersome than the computer for what I do. |

When I get a call, my phone is ringing but to pick it up, I have to open the app and look for the incoming call. I tried to change it in the setting but with the curent software app doesn't allow pop-up notifications. Also I used to be able turn off automatic download of the attachments, currently this operation is not available. |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | I uploaded a profile photo and my name. It's now on the Profile Page with the green processing icon saying "connecting". It's been 5 minutes. I turned airplane mode on/off. I turned wifi on. None of these helped. I wouldn't be here if I had internet issues. I hit the back arrow and nothing works. I'll just let it continue to try and connect until you guys can get back to me. |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | I have an issue with the call features. Every time im in a call, the screen needs to be on and the app needs to be open or the microphone wont work. I can hear the person im talking sometimes, but they cant hear me if I multi-task/open another app. If I put the phone screen to sleep, it cuts out. I have had this issue since the beginning of the year. Idk what I could be doing but that is the only issue. But its a big issue for be because I call alot. (Every thing has been fixed as of now) |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | The new video call UI is terrible. It's 2 finicky taps to flip the camera. All the buttons, UI elements, and windows keep moving around or resizing, it's too difficult to tap any button even on larger phones. Older folks who had gotten used to the old UI now struggle to simply flip the camera. Whoever designed and approved this unnecessary UI change needs to contemplate their life decisions as a UX/UI designer at a tier 1 tech company. I have literally stopped using WhatsApp for video calling. |
