| 2024-12-20 |  | | Absolutely zero seller protection. Do yourself a favor don't use this app. Why would I add my ticket number? You guys have already given me the run around for a month. Whatnot Support canceled an order after it had already shipped. I provided the tracking number and delivery confirmation. Afterwards support told me that there was no record of that order on file. Really? You don't say? Could that be because support canceled it? SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! |

I tried several times and it just rerouted me to Google play every time for no reason. App is updated, etc. So I emailed customer service, they said send screenshots, but when I reply back to the email it just bounces it back to me and won't accept it, second issue, made my first purchase, a trading card for $11, but then the app charges me $10 for no reason. And can't get answers |

After several days of back and forth I was issued a full refund on the items I did not receive. I will continue to purchase from the app but will make note of each item I purchase, especially in the random pull shows. I have received other items without issue. |

Examples: screen freezes. lag time between seller describing item and end of auction so that the buyer can't place a bid. Sometimes the auction part of the screen disappears. Or audio breaks up and I can't understand the seller. I update the app, or uninstall and reinstall often. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S21. |

I had a better experience with another breaker, but it doesn't supercede the negative experience with this one customer-service poor breaker. Hopefully, the app monitors the breakers and weeds out the ones solely in it for greed. |

The sellers are great, it's the app and software that are not user friendly. As a buyer, you should be able to see everything about an order when looking in your history. Purchase, messages and or return labels & requests regarding it. A phone # or customer service would be very helpful. I got a refund, with zero instruction on how to return the item. |
| 2024-12-01 |  | | I've been using whatnot for over 2 years and never had an issue. I recently started selling on the app and made over $300 in sales. After everything my earnings are around $240. I shipped all my orders out on Tuesday 11/26/24 just to receive an email on Wednesday 11/27/24 that explained my account was disabled due to being flagged. I've reached out on that same day to see what the issue is and HOW to resolve it. Reached out to customer support and HAVE NOT HEARD BACK EVER SINCE I EMAILED THEM!!! |

This happened to me and the seller never did anything when I told them it was an accident then told me to speak with the platform to get a return lable for a refund once I got the $350 item(which i told them I didn't want shipped to me,and that I wanted a refund) whatnot finally emailed back a week later and said they could do nothing |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | BEYOND STUPID APP. THERE SUPPORT IS GARBAGE. It's been 10 days since I got a response on one of my tickets and a few days on my other support tickets. They charge sales tax on sales tax exempt items (like silver and gold in some agates such as KS), then you have to go and practically beg them to refund it. And they say they cap shipping at x dollars but they'll overcharge you a little, enough most won't notice but they can make bank off of it. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | I love whatnot. I love most of the people on Whatnot too. But a couple of things. One, I don't like not being able to cancel with some buyers. Some are very nice about it. Some are real nasty, and accidents and things do happen. Please change. Is there anything you can do about shipping it's a bit out of hand,can't you do a total end of show with buyers instead of each item at a time? Because one you add taxes and shipping each time and each item making it too expensive.Need to cut cost for buys |
