Giving 70 spins to get 30 wins is impossible. I could understand if I chose the hard route, but I didn't. Also, seeing the reels "glitch" to a losing spin is beyond annoying and extremely shady on your part.. |

The only thing about the game that bothers me so much is sometimes when you click on an extra points banner sent to me and I don't get the points. Instead I receive "coupon expired" or "coupon has already been redeemed" or nothing at all! Maybe I snoozed and lost out. I play mostly during the late evening or at night when most people are asleep so I miss a lot of bonus points. I don't understand why a program for a game only has bonuses during 9am-5pm. Just wish it would be during the 24 hour period of each day. Then maybe it's just me and my way of doing things differently than most people lol. |

As far as I'm concerned most of the games are fun (not easy but fun). Whenever I have had an issue Customer Support has been extremely helpful and very quick to fix the issue! Great game! |

However, I've noticed that if you don't purchase any coins during any season (weekly), then you barely win anything and go broke fast. If you purchase, using your REAL money $$$$$, during a season, you can win much more and easily hit crown level. Wins aren't counted and support can't find any record of it. Always asking for screenshots, even for what didn't happen? |

However, the layout of the games, especially as one progresses, is unappealing and as seemingly greedy as the "house the never losses" you will find on the strip. Have to realizing that nobody from the online game support team care to reach out to me to find out more about how their application could use improvement.
