Ok, let me put it like this. When it comes to the app, there's nothing wrong with it. It works like a charm every time, I can't say that about many other apps, you let me hold off an update until it's actually needed other apps requir me to update them when they're next update comes out. You abandon your app for a new one like Blaze just did. So when it comes down to it, this app is perfect. There's nothing I can complain about because there's nothing wrong with it.

I had to buy a new phone in order to use the new version of software. Lousy policy, Fargo. *Yes, the app was incompatible with my phone. WF sent a notice to me that the new version wouldn't be compatible with my Galaxy S8, android version 9 phone. Why? That's half the problem. The other half is that they turned off functionality for the older, compatible version I had been using. Again, why?

Cartoon-like interface ruined the experience, app doesn't load more than half the time. just a white screen, asks for biometrics twice, deposit system is now wonky and they've hidden basic info im redundant menus. give us a classic option. it's lost my biometric login and still asks twice to log in just to land on a blank screen. Can't download pdf statements. Pending withdrawals and debits used to be visible. Just look at mobile website to compare. They obviously farm ratings, too.

App worked great until a couple months ago. Now it says it is no longer supported by my device, which I assume means the latest "upgrade" won't work with my phone's operating system. The phone is not that old, a Galaxy S8, I only buy electronics when they absolutely need replacing rather than every year or two just to have the latest and greatest thing. Are you in collusion with the phone makers now and trying to force us to buy new expensive phones by denying us access to our finances online?

New review about the app. Last one was in 2021. I still rate this a 1 due to the lack of options you can do with this app. It's 2024 and you can't request a credit card increase on the app?? Every other credit card app I have has that option. Also credit card does not ever give promos for transfer balance unless your applying for a new line of credit. This bank is a joke.

After update I have to log in twice every time just to get to accounts. Then when I click account all I get is sorry an error occurred. Then logs me out again. After having to log in twice and error repeats itself it actually locked me out and had to change password. When you finally are able to get in and scrolling to look at transactions the scrolling is glitchy. This new update is terrible. They need to go back to old version, at least till this version is fixed. Update: the problem is fixed

It no longer shows my spending report nor my budget making it inconvenient because that's one of the main reasons I use it. It also has been giving me problems even looking at my transaction history. It would also be nice to be able to adjust my spending categories through the app. It's also pretty odd that many others phones are no longer compatible even when they have newer phones than me. How can you trust a bank that can barely develop an app?

App was ok until they dumb-ified their alerts system on Sep 12th, removed key alerts and made it worse. It went from very useful to dumb. Customers no longer get text messages or app notifications with the exact account balance. Instead the only balance alert is a useless one with static high low thresholds. Now you have to login to see the balance. So you have to be in an area with a good data network. Multiple steps to see balance. Can't see balance history on text messages. Very painful.

Although it was great before the most recent update has left me be with not being able to update it and my account out of my hands. When logging into the app I'm greet with it's a new up date then follow the links to find out the the app is no longer supported with my phone . Why now all of a sudden is it no longer supported when it's been fine for the past 3 years ? The device has been operating on the same system the entire time, no changes except for the periodic updates.

UPDATE: Now this app is no longer compatible with my phone. Downgraded to one star. Thanks a lot, Wells Fargo. New app design is horrible. Not user friendly. Less options are now available on each accounts page. Couldn't find how to just show checks, deposits, withdrawals, etc when it was soo easy before. Also, too bright and overall impersonal. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
