Terrible none working app. Doesn't even let me continue. If you buy off a company, you might as well make sure your damn app is working properly before you try to even start getting all this people to transfer over to your dumb none working app. Useless.

It is easy to make payments, but it wouldn't be nice to have the option to choose to make a once a month payment or bi weekly depends on your funds at the time. Sometimes, it helps for the bi-weekly but should be able to choose

Worst company I've ever had to deal with over a vehicle in my life. Just trying to get my registration renewed was actually impossible due them not being concerned to make a phone call to ky about a u drive it number, that's all that had to be done for me to renew my SUV tags. So I went out and bought another car locally to make sure I had transportation because I was no longer allowed to drive the SUV with expired tags

The app makes everything very convenient. Making payments is easy. I wish you could contact customer service through it, but other than that, I'm happy with it.

All these people care about is repossessing a car that has absolutely no late payments That's all they care about I got a letter stating that my loan was in default because they got information that my insurance had lapsed or canceled (not true) when I received this letter I had two days out of the 10 that they gave me from the date of the letter to update my insurance or they were going to put my loan in default with all on time payments never late! It's all they care about is repossessing cars

I hate that it charges an extra $5 fee just to pay with your debit card 🤦🏾‍♀️.....on the US Auto finance website, it's no charge at all. I hate that US Auto finance went out of business but it's already a struggle as it is to keep up with the rest of our bills but come on now...an extra $5 fee... really, damn why not charge an extra $1 or something. It's ridiculous how we have to come out of pocket MORE than what we're already paying 😒😤

Very upset! I have a remainding balance of $168.12 for my VERY LAST PAYMENT from a 4 year -on time every month of $300.00- payment plan, to find out that my last payment has turned into $176.51 to now $215.40? Why am I getting charged for an additional $50.00?? I've tried calling a couple times & I can't get ahold of anyone.. of course.. I am outraged because I've had to make MANY sacrifices for 4 years now because of these car payments & was counting on my $168.12 balance for the last month!!

Loan paid off, thank goodness! They would call before the payment was due and the day it was due, over and over. Minimum 3-5 times a day! Even though payments were on time every month.

App works when it wants, usually every month it signs you out & tells you it doesn't recognize your credentials. I believe it's done purposely as a hurdle to paying your bill & them getting associated fee's from these hurdles.
