| 2024-11-25 |  | | Terrible been trying to send money to Australia it keeps saying technical error please try again later. It's giving me the error code 400 every time. What is that mean? I entered everything correctly even double check but it's still not going thru. I've been using this app for years to send money to family members before I had no problem but suddenly I think starting two months ago it's giving me problems. It takes forever to load, I think it takes me like 45 minutes trying to send money. |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | You can't see what you are doing on the mobile app because there's a big information notice on top and some advertisements on the bottom, leaving a one inch area to work in. It definitely needs to be updated. Both transfers I attempted to send had to be canceled. I couldn't see to cancel them in the app so I had to call western union. It was very inconvenient! |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | When it works it's great but for some reason when you get to the black screen where it says that it needs more information and your supposed to press next, the next button is missing and you cannot proceed with making your selection as to why you are sending money. Hope they fix this issue because I use this app too much for it not to be working properly!!! |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | I was trying to receive a transfer in my western union app and customer service kept me on the phone over 30 minutes saying it's not an option even they advertise it as an option. I do alot of online transfers and they've lost my business now. I'll be using moneygram from now on. They allow me to receive transfers inapp . Western union is just falsely advertising what we can do and not allowing what they advertise. Don't use this service or app |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | App has become very intrusive. After declining to store my debit card, I had to decline once again during processing my transfer. Also, despite using a debit card in my name as it appears in my WU account, it requested that I enter my ID details.. and upon completion of the transfer I was presented with several Ads before seeing the final transfer result and that stinks. I think I am going to uninstall this intrusive app. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | Every time I try to send money to India, it gives an error code. WU has my bank info, and only charges 99¢ for bank transfers. But they ALWAYS fail, because they want you to spend MORE using a different account, like credit card. It takes weeks for them to "fix" your account for the transfer to work. The next time you want to send money, IT HAPPENS ALL OVER AGAIN! I cannot decide if they are incompetent, or are forcing the system to fail on the cheapest transfer in order for you to pay more. 👎 |
| 2024-11-11 |  | | Sending money one time, it defaults to have to confirm recurring monthly starting on the date of the one time transfer. If you click the box to remind you (to have to worry about cancelling the recurring) then you can change the frequency to one time but then if gives you the next day so it looks like it will send a second transfer. But then when you uncheck the reminder box, it defaults back to recurring monthly :( I'm confused as to whether system will send it again, which would be a theft. |

This company also has great customer service and can always find a way to help you with a money send and making things easy! Bills, personal sends, card loads, institutional transfers, pretty much everything is there!!! |

| 2024-11-07 |  | | Your rates are very reasonable and competitive. Speed of transfer is excellent. However the app certainly needs improvement. Almost every time I use it I have to close and restart and resume the task to finish. Last time it took 3 tries and this time I'm about to try the 4th time to send. The app has always been slow but I can suffer through that but having to wait longer only to have it freeze is frustrating. Please fix the app. |
