| 2019-04-08 | | | My initial comment was it's a load of bureacratic nonsense, but let me expand. I'm used to paper inventory forms that take 5 mins. Using WeProov the process took 15 and could have take a lot longer. First I had to register, then I received 2 missions for the same apartment, and when I opened the report it had close to 100 questions. To make this a customer friendly experience it *needs* to be quicker than the old 5 min paper form, otherwise its a load of bureacratic nonsense. |
