| 2024-09-27 |  | | Awful. Notification don't work. Which then leads to stress between parents unsure who is picking up. Are they ignoring me? Nope they just haven't had a Notification!!! Also when you log in the messages don't always load. They tell you there are no messages when their are. Also when you log in you are often told to go to their Support Pay app go look at that but there is no way to get past the screen. It is just so unreliable. The UI for setting up the calendar is awful too. |

| 2024-07-05 |  | | I've been using this for approximately a year. So far I've had constant issues with messaging, either notified and unable to read, or not notified at all. Uploading documents only works about half the time but will work if I try again on a different day. Entering calander appointments is mostly reliable, but I've still had a few errors. Overall I'd recommend paying more for something that works. |

| 2023-10-12 |  | | NOT RECOMMENDED, LOTS OF ISSUES: reoccurring pop up, calender loads blank, can't upload photos or documents( changing permissions doesn't work), screenshots cause a pop-up and now I can't log back in. Attempts to contact customer support have been unanswered and, quite ironically, has caused another bug(goes straight to customer support conversation). Waste of time and money until it's given an overhaul. |

| 2023-09-01 |  | | Update: the developers resounded to this rating and it was fixed. The app keeps deleting anything we put into the calender. Kinda hard to remember things that way. Tried to contact customer service but it was only help topics of things other than this problem. This happens very often. And we pay for this!?! Garbage |
| 2023-08-26 |  | | It's been a while since I've reviewed the app, since being acquired quality has gone down the drain. I'm going to be looking into switching platforms with my legal team. The unreliability of the app has caused conflicts and problems that otherwise would have been avoided. Too bad reaching out to support does nothing. I don't even care about a refund it's about results. I'm leaving this app in the dust! |

Looking at past comments, apparently this is a glitch which is unfortunate because a lot of the information that we used for the events is used to show proof that we actually did what the event said. The app is also very slow when hitting the back button to go from say messages to the homepage. It takes a couple seconds before it responds. |
