| 2024-08-13 |  | | It used to work, but now doesn't. Whenever I select any service and go to play a movie, nothing happens. It's as if the play button is broken or the circle shows up on the screen like it's buffering, but never loads anything. This just randomly happened a few days ago and before that, all worked great. I don't think it was an update, because it's been a while since there was one. I also see other people in groups watching shows or movies, but apparently I cannot do so. Very frustrating. |

Additionally, the YouTube function can randomly stop working, keeping you in an infinite buffer screen when trying to watch videos. Another problem is the application randomly booting you out of the app mid watch party. What the hell is going on with this app? It was working just fine a year ago. |
| 2024-07-25 |  | | rave is great for watching with friends and there's very little delay as far as i can tell. i've been using it for quite a while after experimenting with different watch together apps and this is easily the best one i've found, specifically that's mobile centered. that being said, it has odd down times and glitches, nothing out of the ordinary but can still be annoying. i think it could use a couple fresh features, but overall great app. |
| 2024-07-07 |  | | I wish I could give this less than 1 star. Max let's you sign in, but won't load shows. Netflix just repeatedly asks you to sign in when it clearly shows that you are already. And both apps work just fine outside of this heap of bugs and issues. If it's not this, then it's audio problems. What a dumpster fire. |
| 2024-06-27 |  | | extremely buggy. constantly crashes while in the app. you can't do anything else while watching. video randomly stops playing. audio randomly breaks. there's a bug where it displays other people in the rave party leaving when they're still watching as of it separate the people into 2 separate videos. only reason i still use is cuz there's no other options. horrible. |
| 2024-02-22 |  | | This is one of my favorite apps everrrr! It helps me and my international friends hang out and watch movies together with NO ADS. I have recommended it to literally everyone I know and they have all agreed it is an amazing app as well. The only issue I run into sometimes is the app differences for international group raves; we compromise with something we can all watch but it's still a bummer when things don't work out the way we wanted. |

Mine was set to that automatically, but hers was not, so when she logged in, there were a bunch of really graphic porn suggestions on her main page. The app then proceeded to crash her computer. She's having to scan for viruses now. I had no idea this was an app that pushes porn onto people's screens without them searching for it. |

Ads are pretty invasive, but that's to be expected for a free app. Be advised, the "public" section you see when first opening the app has lots of porn in it, so this is definitely an 18+ app even if not intended as such |
| 2023-01-27 |  | | Overall works but still pretty disappointed. I wanted to watch something using a web link. The video pops up and it loads. I can see the duration of the video. But everytime I press play, it immediately pauses. I can see the frames if I continuously press play and the audio cutting in and out so I know the video link works, it's rave that doesn't. Just keeps on pausing. I know it says not every web link will work but seems like it always happens to me. |
| 2022-12-14 |  | | There are few complaints about Rave that I have, like Hulu should also be a streaming option, The app crashes once in a while, The quality of the video goes down and can't be changed, etc. But despite these, It still is a pretty decent app. I use it every once in a while to watch YouTube or movies with my boyfriend and friends. I'd love to see what future updates have in store. |
