This makes sense as the company's website is a half working dumpster fire also. Follow up edit: the app team had no help other than to delete and reload. When I tried that, the app would not even run. I deleted the POS app from my phone. |

It requires log-in each time, which is probably a HIPAA thing, but once I complete the log-in steps it just sends me back to the log-in page to start all over again. I have never gotten past this point and I've tried numerous times. All it does is raise my blood pressure. Use the website, it's slightly more helpful. |

I finally get it changed and then it asks me for a verification code AGAIN and when I get the email and enter the code it tells me it's invalid! I AM DONE! THIS APP SUCKS! UPDATE: TWELVE tries and I finally get in to the app and it shows duplicates of ALL my prescriptions and when I click on CONTACT US to ask why I get a blank page! Why even have an app if it is COMPLETELY USELESS! |

I enter the code and tap "continue," and it does NOTHING!!! I've done this before, a number of times, and have never had this problem. Ridiculous app AND website!!!!!
