It used to let me save "conditions" and "terms" as favorites. After the update, it won't. Please fix, as this is almost as good as Merck's app. Update 12/8/2024 Conditions like diabetes don't have a long explanation about causes, symptoms, treatments, prevention, home remedies and so on anymore. You used to be thorough like Mayo Clinic's website. Please remedy this.

WedMD is a highly useful and insightful app provided you take the time to get highly familiar with it. If their option was to provide with ten stars instead of five that action would have been taken

I've had this app on my phones for over 8yrs, and it has slowly become less and less useful. WebMD no longer allows for any of its actual articles to be shared or saved. The kindergarten article layout of swiping (1 thru 10) has become annoying and juvenile. It appears there's nobody at home to take an interest in updating this platform. Bye bye WebMD!

WebMD is very helpful because it reminds me every day to take my medications and I enjoy it it has an alarm on it and give me a score on how well I'm doing so I would get it again.

Cannot share article from app share button does nothing when I press it do better pay attention and by the way don't you even dare try to say that I have to be signed in to share an app just so you can spy on what articles I've been sharing with who no way I should be able to share any app without a user account at all if I want to share something from your app I should not have to require an account or a profile just to share an article from your app and if that's the case I'll uninstall.

I add my symptoms, past medical conditions, and medications, but when i get to possible conditions, the screen is blank. I've tried it at home, sitting in a Dr's office and just sitting around in town. Nothing changes the results, I just have a blank screen. I used to love this app during the rare instances I used it. With the "new" symptom checker being useless, the app is a waste of space and has been deleted.

It's just been a useful app, and I have especially appreciated the allergy tracker. It's difficult to get good pollen count information, and this app provided it. However, a notice popped up today that they're dropping the allergy tracker from the app. So the app has lost almost all its value to me.

The UI is not user friendly at all. For a health application, one would think they would take into account poor vision, poor coordination, shaking hands, and other conditions where having small icons and buttons are a bad decision. For example, what is up with the redesigned medication reminder? The check marks require a magnifying glass to see. Could they be any smaller? What a ludicrously stupid design choice. The check marks should remain prominent and obvious at a glance.
