I'm a regular at my location and I guess I just start showing up without appointments until it's fixed?!?! Seems like nobody tested this thing before it went live. And it's been weeks at this point... |

| 2022-09-11 |  | | Since Ifirst left this review, nothing has changed. Very difficult to book more than one float at the same time. The account we have is for my wife and me, but I have no idea how many floats I have in the account and I can't tell how many open slots there are for any given time. I have to book one float and then start all over to book the second one and just hope there is an opening. I doubt my wife and I are unique and it would be really nice to be able to book two open slots at the same time. |
| 2022-08-05 |  | | Such a relaxing and recharging time. I have so much endurance and energy afterwards to tackle the day. If I go in after a workout I come out so relaxed and my muscles feel so good. No ibuprofen needed😅 It's great to have an hour of no outside stimulation. |

You have to sign in to the city every single time you open the app. You can't schedule (or even see)an appointment unless it's during business hours of the spa. You can't schedule floats for anybody other than yourself. You can't see how many floats are on your account at any given time and cant see how you're earning loyalty points or what they even get you! You never win anything when you try the daily scratcher game, I honestly don't think its even possible to win. |
