| 2024-11-22 |  | | The recent update has totally destroyed the ability to watch any weather videos that are posted. Instead of having the list of videos, it now opens a webpage to the weather blog. The weather blog that is on the website, with no mobile support. By the time the ad finishes, the actual video itself only has a few seconds left, and if you don't rewind it in time, it auto plays the next news story. Oh, did you miss your window? Well watch another ad and try again. Has also become unstable. |

The "lightning nearby" notification every 2 min forced me to turn off ALL notifications, when all I really wanted was alerts about tornadoes/high wind. Also, the radar prediction is off. It's fine until it gets to "now," then it shows everything going straight north. If it can't be accurate, it would be better if it just stopped there. |

This app has been a mess ever since it was first available. It closes a lot when trying to check the weather. I've tried to add my location, and it keeps saying add valid location. There is always something going wrong with it. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it a few times since it came out just to get it to work. |

I'm poor with window units struggling to cool. I'm just not impressed with that aspect. Believe I unchecked everything to do with heat but can't figure out how to get back to the list to make sure. Which is also janky, the user interface could be a little better. |

I can't open the app and click the radar without it crashing at least 2x before it finally shows the radar, then those weird little spaces on the timeline that help literally nothing. Why are you showing me 2 hours behind then showing me now and a couple dashes which show the storm moving then suddenly the storm moves in a perfectly eastern direction with 0 change? It used to give a predicted path but not anymore. I can't stand this app but I'm limited for weather radar. |

Very un happy with the new look. Lazy and poor "up grade" in my view. Debating on not using the app anymore because of the new map and that sucks too. |

I tried clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, resetting my location, and nothing it's working. It's very annoying to receive 3 times as many weather alert notifications for places I do not care about. It is an alright app to check the forecast and the radar, but there are probably better weather apps out there. |

Always sends alerts when there's dangerous warnings, and the radar is easy to read and use. Works great even when signal is low. My ONLY complaint is that there is nowhere to control notifications. If I could, I'd like to mute lightning notifications and any others that don't signify immediate danger. Some kind of special customizable sound for tornado warnings would be nice too. |

I had trouble getting some of the words in the news reports. They were tiny and all jumbled up and couldn't read them, and sometimes the screen was black. Weather reports were great! But ended up taking the app off since I couldn't get it to work right. Sorry, hope you can continue to revamp the app and make it easier to use. |
| 2020-05-18 |  | | Was a fantastic app until the latest update 5/19/2020. Now my phone vibrates every few minutes to tell me that the temperature has changed by one degree. Please fix this annoying problem! I will have to change to another weather app if it stays like this and I really don't want to because I like this weather team. At least give us the option to turn that off, and keep other alerts on. |
