| 2024-12-01 |  | | I Love this app. Having said that I do wish that there was a tier that you could pay for that would cancel all commercials or ads. I would pay top dollar to not see them at all!!! I know that ads are a very big draw for HBO\MAX, If you offered a tier that did away with ads all together I believe that your company would be making a KILLING in revenue. Just my humble opinion. |

I have to max out the volume to hear movies / shows, and then the ads practically blow out the speakers they're so loud. This is the only app that does this. And the amount of ads / commercials relative to the content is quite excessive (like more than network or cable TV) Haven't decided if I will upgrade to the ad free plan; hinges on if the obnoxious volume problem gets fixed... |

I tend to cancel and re activate my account everytime there is a good show or movie coming out, because I feel like it's slightly over priced for an app that doesn't have every show and movie. I wish the suggested shows were a little more elaborate towards you, and with more choices. and if you could like or dislike. but other then that it's a premium app. |

Also having full screen as the only option is annoying and not a problem on Hulu. If they can do it, why can't you? Would rate 1, but it is the only place where I can watch one of the best shows ever. But that's a website thing not about the app itself |

Now that I'm using this app. I kinda wish y'all were paying me that money for having such a garbage app on my phone. It crashes more than it works. Extremely disappointed!!!!! |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | I get ads, I do, but when an episode is supposed to be as free & you get a call & go back & suddenly you have a bunch of ads to watch, even though you didn't close it, that's ridiculous. Or, if you accidentally lose where you're at, you have to rewatch ads again, sometimes more than once, that's also ridiculous. I hate this app sometimes |

It will crash and they are doing nothing to fix it. Watch this review get the same response as all the other recent reviews. " check our trouble shooting site here " with some link that basically just says what the I.T. crowd says in their show but worse. It's not turn it off and on again, it's Uninstal and reinstall. And that will only fix it for a week |

It has nothing to do with connection as stated many times and the device model I seem to have seems to be facing the same problem (which is an Android). It's completely useless on this device. Instead of giving us ways to fix it that completely reside the problem in our hands, you guys should fix the problems within the app for all the money wasted here. |

I have a long list of movies and shows saved and it is very difficult to have to scroll way down the list to find what I'm looking for because this app has the movies and shows all crammed together in one section. It would be so much easier to navigate if the app had a section for saved movies and another section for saved shows. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | I'm not sure why it always takes forever for this to load, I don't think it's an internet issue because this doesn't happen with any other streaming service, but it's quite frustrating. It takes about 10 minutes to start watching something on Max, and that's IF it loads at all. Not even the home screen loads correctly. Pretty disappointing. |
