2024-11-29 | Jackie BE | Cart doesn't display. There are currently 35 items in my cart ready to be checked out however they're not displaying and the cursor spins endlessly. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted the phone to no avail. 11/29: STILL waiting for a fix for this issue. Rather than than being 'sorry', Wayfair, fix it and don't pacify. 2024-11-14 | Aria Shellington | If you view an item on your cart I loses your search results. It crashed twice in under 45 minutes. It has a memory leak. Their servers are incredibly slow to respond. They allow multiple sellers to list identical items at wildly different price points (the same bed for $375 and $1350). They also allow the same seller to list the same item multiple times at different price points. They will show the duplicates in the "similar items" AND even the item you're currently viewing. | |
2024-11-09 | Koral fight | What's the point of ordering something in stock, if it's going to be "backordered" for 3 months. Also, why charge the full amount when the item iss not even in stock, and it hasn't even shipped or been delivered. There is zero updates in regards of an ETA for the item getting back in stock, and after waiting more than a month for an item that should have been delivered in 2 weeks, I'm cancelling the order and never ordering anything again from this app. It's just a scam. | |

The filters are completely different, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the main page to see all the categories which leads to the issue with filters. The filters on the app BLOW. The only way to have usable filters is to go to the category you want to shop and then filter through. If you try to filter from a search, good luck. The app has been completely unusable for a few months now just crashing on open. | |
2024-10-25 | Ryan F. | Wayfair is no Amazon, which is unfortunate. The application is glitchy and has issues. It is limiting. I tried canceling an order, not yet shipped, but forget about that option. It doesn't work, it ends you external to a web page. Want to chat to fix it. Nope, you aren't going to get that option. Agents aren't there, and you get a chat box . My item hasn't shipped, was supposed to arrive 3 days ago, and they can't cancel it refund because the label has been made. This company is terrible! | |

This means that this app runs all queries and page loads thru a ad server 1st then redirects you to your search results or any page within the app 2nd. I cannot believe others haven't call them out for this type of behavior. It's predatory, disingenuine, deceptive to the customers and just another revenue stream for them. | |
2024-10-07 | heather | TBH, the app is pretty much unusable. It crashes every time I try to use it. Filters don't work well. The worst part is that it repeats the same couple of items over and over, no matter how many items the search returns. It literally makes it useless. So, if you are looking to browse different options, save yourself time and annoyance and just uninstall the app. There are so many other options to buy goods. Until they fix the app, I will go elsewhere. Devs. do better. | |
2024-10-06 | mindlessbuddha | Three days to turn off push? Really? Even when turned off, they still come. I only have push for purchases on and still get ads. And click on ads or push links and it loads nothing. Thats been a consistent problem for years now. Stop gaslighting people with recommending all the typical worthless fixes. Reinstalling, clearing cache, updating, etc don't work. I'd shop more, but this is too painful. It all feels intentional to maximize bothering us. And it looks dated and old. | |

There's one thing I really wish could be updated, when scrolling through items such as 'closeout', 'open- box', etc, if I click into an item, then return to the item list, it loses the place where I left off. I tend to just save anything I'm interested in looking into & go back through after because it gets to be too much to constantly have to try to find where I left off | |
2024-10-01 | Elaine Brown | This app crashes...a lot, even in spite of having the latest update. It will freeze while I'm simply viewing one item at a time then eventually crash after a few seconds. Since it's so unreliable, I don't recommend it for making purchases. I look and save on the mobile app, but make purchases from my laptop. |
