2024-11-12 | Steven Davidson | it's buggy, but it's useful when it's fluid. It needs to be optimized for the primary devices it runs on, like the older non-flagship Samsung phones. That would be my recommendation for the developers. The addition of viz tool to the app is buggy and closes, first time it's opened, every time.
2024-09-27 | Audra Kilman | I really haven't had any major issues with the app. The only complaint I have and this is my store's fault, not the app. None of my team leads ever respond to my messages. To the point that I stopped using the feature entirely. The scan feature and ask sam is amazing as I can just ask my phone to find a product for me. Being able to request days off from home without making a phone call is also excellent.
2024-09-01 | katherine fosseen | This app was great to do prices changes on personal phone with data when work phone went down because they ONLY work on wifi. But no more price change options so it's pointless to have it on my personal phone while I have a work phone. North Dakota doesn't allow time clock on personal phones. Dumb. I'm deleting soon if it doesn't allow price changes. Best thing was this option. I use computer for schedule, vacation and call outs.
2024-07-26 | Past Normal | The app requires you to sign in as an associate after you complete your background information. Clicking that option has many different forms. 2 examples are blank webpages of different shades. The one I experienced the least, was the webpage that has the email and password sign in boxes, but the rare times I get those, it doesn't work. I click submit but it never advances to a menu screen. I can tell somebody inexperienced made the app because it pulls you from app to webpage. This app is broke
2024-07-17 | Trey “Arsenic” Westbrook | I have zero idea on how this app has a 4.7 on google play. Ignoring all of the other ridiculous issues that Walmart's websites seem to have or the other reviews for this app on this platform. The biggest issue I have come across was trying to help someone sign in as a candidate to do their background check. Got stuck on the pfedprod white screen and if I try to sign in on a different device, the resubmit button does not function. Almost 40 minutes of my life that I will not get back.
2024-07-13 | Ash Benjamin | This thing destroys your battery like nothing I've ever seen before. 87% down to 9% after just over half an hour I'd insane, especially since they expect you to use your own paid for phone instead of them giving you store equipment. It's cool in concept being able to clock in and out, as well as chat with your crew, and scan items on the go, but the battery life, and data drainer is unexcusable.
2024-07-10 | Justin Martin | It has gotten better over time. For the most part, we can do our job correctly. Does it still have bugs to work out? ABSOLUTELY! Some examples (not all) are the topstock section does not refresh it usually takes 3 different times to finally get it to register scans, the messaging section does not alert unless the device is on and the app is pulled up, the claims, academy, and vizpic are separate apps. It would be a lot less time-consuming to include them all in one application.
2024-07-02 | E G | This app is horrible, I downloaded it for work but it doesn't let me sign in. The app is real buggy and slow and I know it's not my connection because my connection is perfectly fine. This app is useless, if you have the option to not download this app, don't download this because it's only going to waste space in you're phone while making simple things like logging in more difficult.
2024-06-11 | Brandon L | It's ridiculous that am app that will eventually be required to do everything, and already is for many things, has so many issues. Sign in failed, proximity issues, and just random errors when using the app. Also failing to mark notifications as read and more errors when deleting them. Then when things don't get done due to this pile of garbage coaches are on us about productivity. Make the tools we NEED to do our job work and we could DO our job.
2024-06-10 | Kelli Williams | I've been hired by Walmart and was instructed to log in through the candidates' login with the same username and password used when applying for the job. When doing so, the app stops working. It will not sign me in, it will not load. The buttons go gray when pressed, but nothing loads or changes. I need to access my information regarding start dates and orientation. No team leads or hiring team will get back to me, and it has been 2 days with no help or fix. What do I even do. |
