2024-11-26 | Michon Nevermind | For the past few days, many offers I receive, I accept and then they disappear. Now I just arrived at my first customer's house in a batch of three customers and I find I've been logged off of the app and when I signed back in it wants me to do identity verification but it won't let me do identity verification. According to the Facebook groups, most spark drivers are having this issue right now. Very frustrating. I need to make money! | |
2024-11-24 | Keshia Peacock | Was stoked to finally get off the wait-list. The work pays decent enough for gig-work, and is simple to navigate thru. BUT it takes way too long to load, especially when you have an order. I miss about 30% of orders bc you are given 60 secs to pick an exclusive order.... but by the time I get to the app and it loads...... you've got no time to read and process the information to decide if the order's worth it before its gone. IF it isn't gone by the time it loads. | |
2024-11-24 | Samuel Santana | I love doing Sparkdrive. But you need to improve the app. Too much touch to make the delivery. I mean driver needs to touch 18 time app to complete the delivery. I believe it could be easier. It is hard to take a batch order because the too many steps in the app make driver lost a lot of time. It is something stressful. I have three years doing Sparkdrive and I feel comfortable with my job. Thanks for everything guys. | |
2024-11-23 | Holli green | Only for the app.. I love driving Spark but the app has so many technical difficulties, I feel like I call support all the time. My main grievance is batched shopping orders. My app won't let me go past the shopping tips screen. Everytime I accept a batched shopping trip, I have to cancel. Many times I have driven 10+ miles to find out I can't do the order. I lose time, money, and gas weekly. | |
2024-11-23 | lakeya cox | The app is awful. I don't get notifications for orders until after the time has expired which lowers my acceptance rate every time. I've done all of the troubleshooting steps and I've spoken to support which wasn't really any help but mysteriously the orders started coming back to back for a few minutes and then nothing again. | |
2024-11-22 | Jane Osman | App crashes while shopping. Have to close it and reload. Then it freezes and I have to call and end up having to cancel an order. Same with I'd verification. App not working has caused loss of pay for the day. Also promising gifts to drivers on a holiday (halloween) and then not delivering is not right. I've heard it was then said to be "raffle style". Then why inform all drivers they are getting a gift?? You've already lowered trip costs by incorrectly calculating times and distances. | |

Never had an issue with gettig orders, neber had to sit in the parking lot at store to get them either, but now it's nearly impossible to get anything. Not sure what they did with the current update, but it took away a lot of things. And making people now wait 3 days to get tips is ridiculous, considering that's where most of the money is made. Just as bad as DoorDash at the point. | |
2024-11-21 | Nickalett Berry | This is just for the app, I have had the worst time ever with this app as of the last 3 months. I get barely any notifications for orders, lucky to get maybe 2 a day. I've done the reset of internet in phone, checking for updates, daily, deleted and reinstalled the app, I sign out and sign back in, troubleshoot, close app/refresh, and we're in the "busy" season! And still not getting much. I've had the app tell me I am signed into too many devices and I'm only signed into one. Unpleasant. | |
2024-11-16 | Charlie Dayton | This is a feature request. For some reason the native Android Camera app crashes when I try to open it, so I was unable to take a pictures at delivery. Despite thorough troubleshooting I cannot fix it and Android does not allow me to change the default. My request is to add a feature to the Spark app that allows the user to select the camera app that will be used at delivery. I have been using OpenCamera, and if I could set that as the camera for Spark I could bypass the issue. Thanks. | |

This review is mainly based on my experience of confirming an order and waiting over 30+ minutes for three different pickup orders. Incredibly frustrating when they are not updated at all. No one answers the phone at the store, and the order stays in not ready mode for over 30 mins. Infrastructure and support is not in place to truly assist drivers with this experience. |
