| 2024-11-20 |  | | Always had 5 ⭐ service both myself and my friends and family. Never had an issue except three years ago you weren't able to backup via drive storage. I lost quite a bit of crypto whenmyiphone exploded back then. But that's how it goes in this game.... Anyways amazing services and customer service is always spot on and I even recommend this wallet over any other for personal off site storage and usage of your cryptos |

Have to end up tapping on each individual token for balance to update and display for that token. I've tried previous steps on my end to correct the issue, but nothing's worked. Please reply back and/or fix this issue! Other than this, it's a great app. |

Some of the nodes are not working when looking at the settings. I have followed all your steps. Please stop telling us to repeat the process if we tell you it did fix our issue. If some phones don't work well with the app then post that so we know. Otherwise listen to your customers and update the connections in the app because all the comments are the same on your website. |

Also hard to identify each wallet bc it doesn't include the last digits of the wallet in the name. The biggest complaint is that Trust Wallet does not give you the private keys for the wallets...only the secret phrase. It's a security weakness to have to convert my secret phrase into the private key. |

No contract addresses for coins so you dont know if it's the right chain or version. The fees they charge, you'll end up with nothing by the time you go swap here swap to there and finally end up getting your money to where you want. Blockaids every turn, fee , transfer, can't do this can't do that but you can do it the way we say you can is the name of the exchange game. Stellar says it all in the name. I liked the price alerts, wallet connect and the UI, but with no security this is trash. |
