Great app with incredible customization. Programming start and stop times, and setting charge current is extremely easy. The statistics are fun to review. The only thing that I recommend is to buy the current monitor for people with solar. This is the easiest and best charger/app combo that i have used to date.

James Worth, 2024-10-27I'm not able to pay for charging sessions. I only ever get generic error messages w/ no cause or direction on how to fix. Same thing if I try to change payment methods. I even tried to re register under a new email and the app won't even let me get past that. I've been in communications with their difficult to find (human) support for over a day now and so far they've only asked generic questions that have nothing to do w/ my problem. I've lost 4 hrs of time dealing w/ this useless company. 0/5

Jacob Viele, 2024-10-25Unhelpful customer support (very scripted, without the understanding of the issue, unlike for example Ecobee). No support for time of use billing (you can only specify fixed cost per kwh). Wallbox sometimes fails to save charging the history and it simply looses them. No graph of charge rate over time, like charge point. Notifications about "charging stopped" are inaccurate or missing. I wouldn't buy a wallbox charger again. Minus 1*: "Try restarting your charger and wait at least 5 minutes..."
