Scan button hasn't worked in almost a year. I'm disabled and mobile scan saved me so much energy. I could spend more time shopping now I buy less so I guess wakefern is the one really losing not me. But this app is complete garbage even the store manager had no idea it was so bad

Nicole Stephan, 2024-05-10Ya don't have the kiosk working like emailed receipts and printed receipts which are fine. Please please change the kiosk to show the exact same for digital coupons OR simply list at the very end of the kiosk list once some touches pay one line item for each digital coupon applied. What you do today is confusing and NOT intuitive to verify all have been applied.

imanjunk imanjunk (imanjunk), 2024-03-14This app is so hit or miss. It stops working at random for no reason. On my last 3 phones it would work, and then the camera just doesn't open one day. No updates to the app in 6 months, no Android update lately, permissions are ok. Pixel 6a now. It worked for a month and all of a sudden it won't initiate the camera. Reinstalling has never worked in the past. Considering it's the 3rd phone this has happened to over the last 5 or 6 year it seems to be an app issue. Enjoy it while it works.
