| 2024-12-13 |  | | It's unannounced un expected and suddenly throws a bunch of unexpected issues and concerns in my face and doesn't seem to have a back out option or capability for me....which it not help - this is coercion. I hate it... get ride of it of fix it and make cut stopp in the mean time and restore thec emails it was labeling as spam. And the positioning of it directly over a continue button;(envelop). Is infuriating... This is like an app from Hell! |

Some of those calls come with a notification that the call might be spam, other times, the spammers make it through. I'm already on "the do not call" list, but the massive number of calls is irritating and overwhelming. |
| 2024-12-11 |  | | Since updating my phone and getting the Verizon Call Filter, I'm enjoying my phone much more. Oh, sure, you get the occasional random calls after making a business call, but that's it. No more early morning or evening calls to interrupt your day and have you running from the next room to get to the phone only to be disappointed by another spam call. Thank you! |
| 2024-12-11 |  | | I'm put on the "Do not call registry", the scam calls are still coming in, the call filter decreased some calls but should eliminate the calls which fills up my voicemail, I have it toggled off on the call filter not to allow a message. This isn't a 100% but hopefully one day when the scammers call, the call filter would disconnect the call & without an option to leave a message. Finally, you won't have to pay attention to your phone when it (rings/message alert) paying for this app a month 🤨 |

My old S4 allowed me to block a specific area code where most of the spam came from...not on the "new improved " phone. This app does not block anything. I did get the paid version, about $5/mo. It will now block specific area codes. |

Veries from plan to plan and all are exceptional. i have continued to ask about ways to better my wireless plan, and there are always options to make it fit for me, personally! I have tried other companies, and it just didnt feelcomfortable or affordable. I am pleased with the way Verizon & all who stand by them keep up the spirit!☺️ |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | Verizon branded apps have limited functionality in unlocked phones. In this case, the call filter app does not work at all. I have unlocked "Samsung Z Fold 6", and it says that my phone is not compatible with this Verizon app. Called their technical support, and the guy who I spoke to, seemed absolutely incompetent. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | Blocks a call I just called! It also only allows 5 calls on the allows list without paying! I literally had to disable the app to recieve calls from an 800 number! Response to verizon response- Can't troubleshoot forcing people to pay to allows more than 5 phone numbers. That's a policy change. And a bad policy at that. There are other features you can charge for then allowing calls the customer uses and vets that's not spam. |

I get multiple notifications for every blocked call so it's as annoying as just silencing the calls. If I still have to go into the app to block every number and they have an infinite number of phone numbers to use not sure what the point is. Also, I've had a call from a number that was already listed as blocked be allowed through. |
| 2024-11-07 |  | | A pretty useless call filter app. It worked great at first but from what I was told from their customer service (before they became too good to talk to their customers), it no longer worked for me because I bought my phone directly from Motorola instead of them. What a crock of 💩! I was paying for their Unlimited everything plan, I should have had that regardless. Motorola offered the same phone, same price except 4X the storage, who wouldn't take Motorola's deal? |
