| 2024-12-16 |  | | Remote start worked sporadically since I bought a new Atlas with the SE with Tech trim 3 weeks ago to have remote start. Had it in the shop this weekend and they couldn't figure it out. App updated and now I don't even have the remote start, door lock/ unlock buttons in the App. My husband's iPhone app also updated and he can still do remote start, door lock/ unlock. Car Net doesn't know why I don't have those buttons anymore in the app. |

While driving with my son, I got an alert that car went over set speed of 97 (it's set for 60) and drove 102mph for 14 seconds. Had I not been in the car with my son and he was driving alone, his driving days would be over! Thankfully, I was in the car with him and knew first hand it was WRONG!!! PARENTS BEWARE. Thankfully, we also 360 app that showed actual correct speed. UNRELIABLE APP!!! |
| 2024-12-16 |  | | Counterintuitive interface with very few useful features. The few features that do work (remote start, climate control) only work sporadically. There is no way to specifically disable notifications for ads (I don't want SiriusXM and I never will). There also doesn't appear to be an option for biometric login. With how often this app logs you out, it would be nice to log back in with biometrics instead of username/PW/PIN. Also the password system uses outdated PW requirements. |

Now I have to check this ever single time I charge and it still resets. There are a lots of things lacking in this app but this bug has thrown a wrench in road trips and other big plans that have left me scrambling for more charge to get where I'm going. |

It's 2024 how have you jot figured this out yet. **update** This app still sucks. Have to update it every time I use it and constantly struggle to log in. Very literally the worst app of all the apps I've ever downloaded and used. I literally would never buy another VW just bc of this trash bag app. |
| 2024-12-04 |  | | Most useless app for a car. I have a fully loaded Atlas, yet all I can do with this app is very basic. I cannot see oil level, tire pressure. Location is not updated properly. I had set geofencing and speed alert for my car while it was at the dealer, I got notification that my car was no longer at the dealer and exceeding the speed limits, but location does not update to tell me where. it was still 2 hours old. Other than reminding me my doors are unlocked, this is pointless. |
| 2024-12-04 |  | | Very buggy and slow. The experience and convenience is very lacking, especially when compared to the competition. The latency on the requests to the vehicle is pretty outrageous, and can take a few minutes. And really the only setting that can be changed via the app is the climate temp and on/off. You cannot lock/unlock vehicle remotely which is a big shortcoming IMO. |
| 2024-12-04 |  | | If I could give this app negative stars, I would. The app was fine before. I was able to do what I needed to do. Who's dumb idea was it to change they need to be let go,. It's not user-friendly as I now need to re-register the whole thing instead of that it was a lot easier to delete the app. If you're going to change the layout or UI then a good suggestion would be to port over preexisting accounts. And wow great subscription deal on things I already had in the old version. Incredibly dumb. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | The remote start, lock and unlock doors never works anymore. It did fine after 3 months or so of ownership, then lasted about a year, and nothing since then. I wish they would actually work on fixing this, rather than having the dealer diagnose it for $ of course. Buying the car new, you a 5 year subscription. At this point they should extend it if they could get it to work. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Login process is AWFUL. On my phone, I have to provide my thumbprint, then type my email & password (every time!), then enter a PIN. On top of that, whenever I use the phone app, the vehicle logs me out of the console. Tried using the app this morning for remote climate control. After the annoying four levels of authentication, got a "couldn't log in at this time" error, then it logged me in anyway, then the screen to turn on climate control just spun and spun and spun. |
