Got the device in Dec 2022 and it seemed to work fine and help other than the pain it causes from wearing on the same side. Still hurts but not as much. 2 weeks after I started using I also had the app closing itself. I was told to return the device for a replacement bu seller, then 2 days AFTER mailed the developer said to uninstall, then reinstall to fix the issue. New received, uninstall/install 3 times and device will not connect. Emailing today but think it's going back for refund. Junk.

Started out great for the first week or so, now the app won't connect to Bluetooth (error code says the ear piece will not allow connection) and now the app closes on it's own and will not sync to let me see my data. I think the deviceis working but with no ability to connect or sync I am not sure.

The device itself works well and I like it. The problem is the ear piece hurts my ear and I am constantly switching ears to relieve the pain. Also the phone app to track it doesn't work properly. It shuts off and doesn't record anymore. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still quits on me. It does no good if you can't track what is happening when you are asleep. PLEASE FIX THE APP!! $171 is a lot to pay for something that I can't track if it's working or not.

Has been working well until today. The app exits by itself without even touching the screen. I've tried uninstalling etc. but this hasn't worked. If I go to the settings, it will go back to the sleep screen, then will just exit out of the app. Like I'm pressing the back button, but I'm not.

HELP - app won't let me login! I really wanted to use this device but it won't even let me setup a login. Keeps telling me the network loading failed. Please try again later. I tried connecting it to Bluetooth and it keeps saying it needs to have the app before I can connect the device to my phone. Want to return if it isn't gonna work. I have unistalled and reinstalled a few times.

Unable to run on Samsung galaxy s10+. I have tried to install and uninstall the app, but crashes out whenever I am at the main menu. Post edit: the app worked on Samsung galaxy s10 plus after the team looked into my review. Kudos to the team. Up the rating.

I read the reviews, the manufacturer says, " use device overnight, download data next morning". Using it this way is seamless and easy. If you think you are going to hold a Bluetooth connection 50-60 hours a week, without your phone going into sleep mode, you'll be unhappy. The device DOES NOT require the App to work/record.

Absolutely no customer support. Instructions are most easily read on the web page but I still needed help. I sent 3 questions in 3 separate emails via the webpage and got the exact same response for each, even though that response had nothing to do with my questions.I also emailed support directly per the response given below, So good luck if you have trouble using the device. There is no phone number to call either. Tonight will be my third attempt . It's obvious that the positive reviews below are fake given the similarity of wording and poor English

This is a great app. My snore is reduced a lot. My device always connect immidietly. I think people want to connect theirs through androids bluethooth, but instead you should just let the app find the device, after that it works perfectly.

I got an anti snore device and in the manual it said it works separately from the app. The app is just for adjusting settings and once you have finished sleeping you can sync the data to the app. My only problem is it sometimes freezes while syncing.
