I use this for my telehealth, as well as zoom for a different physician. vsee is better. it's just a simpler application! bells and whistles belong somewhere else. sometimes you just need a place to type and video chat. regarding stability, it's okay. the app has weird internet issues. and ideally: if I get a call, plug in a USB headset, and then answer the call, I would expect the app to understand my intent. it does not. small nitpick. | |

I have had difficulty adding patients to my contacts list but I haven't spent a lot of time troubleshooting this issue. Vsee is the best telehealth platform I've seen for integrating all aspects of my practice. Easy scheduling, stable video, adequate EMR, efficient and reliable billing. There are some areas where it could be improved but the solutions I've developed are adequate. | |

Support was nice enough, but I spent a ton of my own time diagnosing and submitting logs, connectivity tests...don't have time to keep working on this. If my provider didn't use this, I would never use this app. | |

As soon as I receive a once weekly call on vsee, my phone instantly loses internet connection. I've tried reinstalling the app, searching the internet for any possible options to no avail. | |

I would not recommend this program to any people who are in search of mental help. You won't get it, I promise you. I am curious how many potential patients that have become so discouraged with all the effort it takes just trying to get into the program. 2021-01-31 | Scott Jowett | Terrible support. I am using the app as part of a paid for service. The connection is so bad I need to use the landline phone with the video so that others can hear us. Its cosing us £30 a month for broadband and the equipment with Vsee installed, we cant get out of it until 2022. The provider of the equipment has looked into it and found our connection is via a fixed route, Vsee are the only ones that can fix it. They will probably ignore this like all feedback. | |
2020-07-31 | Sarah T | Gawd awful. Have downloaded appropriate apps on both iPad & Android. Changed password. Deleted and reinstalled apps. Still couldn't login on either device. Finally called customer service & explained the above. The first 20m (of a 40m call) he asked me the same questions repeatedly - sometimes up to five times. Culminated in him asking for my login/password & finally telling me I needed to change security on my router despite the fact that all other video conferencing platforms work. Hell no. | |

On one appointment the therapist had such a bad connection that her video relooped like a Ghost show horror movie. Please have your developer's consistently work on this app. Zoom works SO MUCH BETTER, if only it was HIPPA compliant....🙁 | |

Having some difficulty navigating between desktop pc (online) version and app on pc or phone. Overall would recommend it, as i think the difficulties are user based 🤭 |
