Keeps a list of TV shows I want to watch (in order with where and when). Separate list of books. Ditto movies. Reminds me when (if) to turn shed heat on or off daily in winter. Questions to ask doctor. Grocery list. Separate list for buying club. List of friends (and their info) to get a hold of. Questions for my mechanic. Like I said, one of most useful apps! |
| 2024-03-22 |  | | March 2024 review update Installed on new phone and now Google has blocked the app because it is allegedly trying to access my personal data. But I've been using the app for years, and much prefer it to Google's own version. Could this please be sorted out with Google? Really simple and uncomplicated way of viewing Google tasks on the phone. I paid the modest fee for premium service and can set up recurring tasks as easily as I can in Outlook. Win-win! |

This makes sync functions impossible, and has essentially made this app useless for me until it is updated. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated since 2020 so it may have been abandoned. It's straightforward, doesn't force me to add a ton of extra information to a task when I'm just making a simple checklist, but does have options for repeating tasks, etc. You can nest tasks in a collapsible tree to create subtasks by simply indenting, the very inexpensive Pro upgrade allows batch-addition of tasks, and YOU CAN CHECK OFF TASKS DIRECTLY IN THE WIDGET, instead of having to open an edit window. |

There are a couple of options I'd like to see and I'm sure others have their own wishes but this is how apps become bloated. I trust the designer to make needed alterations when he has time and that he won't complicate things. |

But recently got a new phone and couldn't get my 23 lists to transfer. Nadir was so kind and patient, and gave me thorough, easy instructions for how to transfer... and they worked!!! ☺️❤️ No way I could have transferred all that manually. Thanks Nadir! |

I do like the intuitive use of the app. There are a few things I would like to see even if it's in pro version. In "task free", a phone number, email or address would pull up the respective app with the information already inputted. Would it be possible to integrate a feature like this? - Thank you for the integration! It beats google's own app by miles. |
| 2020-08-20 |  | | After Google tasks pulled the plug on sub-tasks multi level and limit the notes size, I moved to this application. It is the best app in this category. I'm using it as local, but using in local base is a ticking bomb. If you lose you phone, you lose your unsaved data. I'm backing up my stuff and I wish there was desktop app or web-base page option to improve the productivity than could sync and ignored Google tasks. Why should we play by Google rules? if Google doesn't care about us. |

Been using this for a while and forgot to show some love. Thank you! If it integrated with ITTT for my Google Home Mini then it would be my only task app. Still a great app with a customizable widget. Respect. EDIT: The sort behavior I described above has gone away. I don't know why they took it out, as it made the app stand out from the competition. EDIT EDIT: I'm impressed with the quick response from the developer explaining the changes, which are now understandable. Great app overall and awesome support. |
| 2020-04-26 |  | | Awesome. The only app that allows me to create multiple lists with recurring tasks and display each list in separate widget. The only thing I am missing is history of completion dates and ability to choose completion date during task completion - i.e. yesterday instead of today. I would also prefer an option to display distances (+/- 3 days) in widget rather then calendar dates. |
