I love this App, beeng using it for around 2 years now, has some New Updates like the AI mindchat that makes me feel heard and gives me also a lot of options to go through the difficult times. I highly recommend this app. the only problem I am still having is in my tablet the app is still hanging and just suddenly stops, but in my phone has no problems. can't wait for future updates.

There is no way to ask non mental health questions. There's no help or search buttons. They write back to look at settings or FAQs. I can't find either in the app. I want to contact someone and there isn't even a contact. My rating is less than one star.

The app is great, you can do so much that could improve your mental health, however, I feel like you shouldn't be so strict with what you can do without the premium. I am unable to get the premium, and it makes it super hard to improve my mental state in this app. You can only do very limited things, and I really need the therapy, I understand why you have it, but please make it less strict.
