I unabashedly love this game. I've been playing it on and off for years. Great storylines that attempt to be historically accurate. 5 stars. No complaint until today. The app will no longer open due to a bug, and I got a notification that says to update it after developers fix it with an update. Please fix this! We cannot Uninstall and reinstall without losing all progress!! Edit: you just have to clear your cache and restart your phone!

Cute, super addictive, love the art. However I keep been getting error code-1439412 when ever I try to make a purchase. This has been going in for over a year now, and am unable to make purchases have tried uninstalling the app login back in, different devices as well as Cute, super addictive, love the art but even after reaching out to Google and voltage and following suggestions changed payment options with no luck . It's been very disappointing

I absolutely love this game and I've played it for about 5 years. The stories are well written and I've learned a surprising amount about Japanese history from it. However after New Year's, it's been very glitchy. There are minor translation errors (or lack of translation) every now and then, the load screens sometimes takes you to the Start page, and for months now - I am unable to purchase any pearls or love passes. It's really frustrating as I have played this game daily for all this time.
