Magic Survival

Just a great game to play when you have time. Optimizing it doesn't matter, as just about every build is viable. Super freeing. "Grinding" out upgrades just requires playing the game. There is no optimal path. If you hate games where the best way to grind is mindless and you feel left behind since you don't enjoy that, this game is for you! I've been playing on and off for multiple years, and I still have fun experimenting with builds.

This is a good game with interesting mechanics. The magic combo system could be more clear but in a way it's interesting to not really know. I ended up paying for no ads, but it has a pretty decent ad system that doesn't hit too hard. For me this is not a five star game because of a specific level that was clearly added to increase ad revenue. Levels before are fairly easy. Then this level happens and it's impossible without grinding a lot, which equals ads. Rather have a lot more levels.

This is a decent roguelike game, unfortunately I can only rate it 3 stars because there are simply better options out there. Compared to games like Brotato and Vampire Survivors, this game has significantly lower quality art which significantly henders the experience and immersiveness of the game. Gameplay is average for the genre but I found myself getting confused over the lack of distinguishing qualities of the weapons(spells) and "enemies"(blobs). I did not have those issues with other games
