Tried to cancel within two minutes of finding I overpaid, and that tickets are plentiful directly from the venue. Screw resellers/scalpers. Also, the email sent for me to set a password has no link to it, just plain text. So I can't even set up an account if I wanted to without jumping through hoops. Overall garbage. |

The trivia rewards worked for me, but I could find cheaper tickets elsewhere, even after using the discounts from the trivia games. Just a waste of time, look elsewhere. |

Then they continuously spam your inbox to promote more purchases. Stay away from these folks unless you're desperate. Update response 11/13: The seller didn't upgrade my order, they fulfilled it incorrectly. Also, it's printed right on the tickets that reselling them for a higher price than the original is grounds for seizure and cancellation. |

App doesn't even give you the option tried installing multiple times looked all over customer service never dressed that they told me to just go on the website but it never works there's always an error tried multiple devices multiple networks it never works and always airs at some point it gives me an oops message from Vivid or some weird repeat error on the page. |

It showed the price for $65 but by the time it got to check out it was almost $100. After I paid I get an email with the parking pass to print out showing that they only paid $14 for the spot. This is so incredibly disgusting. You up charged me $85. I'll never buy another ticket through you again. The parking place that they bought the ticket from are still $15 |
