Apparently once you request to move out and cut the service it is not possible to cancel the request or postpone it even if you call by phone that s really strange.

not at all good customer service .very bad I had issues regarding electricity meter reading yet now not solved properly . more than oneyears and Eight month. from dec 2022 till last month correct meter reading is not updated in bill.once complaint they try to say something do that this mail to customers service they will reply call customer service etc.. no use in writing this my waste of my time.for my sake I am doing
