I am unable to log into my account—it displays an error about 'too many attempts' even on the very first try, and the same issue persists with every subsequent attempt. Resetting the password didn’t help. While my credentials work perfectly on a PC, I cannot log in on my phone or TV. On the TV, it repeatedly says 'cannot connect to server.' This app used to function well on both phone and TV, but a recent update seems to have broken it. |

Finally tried logging out and back in, and then it said I tried too many times?But I hadn't tried before, so there weren't any previous failed attempts. Odd, but the problem finally appears resolved after I requested a password reset and entered new one. Try that if you're having issues too. |

I could normally put up with this amount of ads, but they buffer so frequently it nearly doubles watch time. I've spent several minutes trying to get through one ad break. If you want to pay for no ads then I'm sure it's great, but I don't want to put money into an app that can barely do the only thing it's meant to do. |

It seems every update or every 2 months there is a problem with a feature that makes Viki great. I have been Viki pass for years buy am frustrated with consistent technical issues. |

Now, all of a sudden, the app isn't on Roku. Why is this happening. I've even spoken with someone at Roku, and they said it has to do with Viki and not Roku. Could someone please explain why Viki was taken off and if it will be put back on Roku? |

However, this entire year, it has been telling me I need to turn off my proxy and VPN. My VPN and proxy are both off. I have checked multiple times, and it is still saying the same thing. Why!!!! | 2024-09-25 |  | | As of 9/25, if anyone is having issues logging in to their accounts via Roku or play store app (I couldn't and was about ready to cancel my service). I kept getting an error as soon as I opened the app. I couldn't do anything at all. I completely uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it "logged me out" so that I could log in again. Once I logged in again everything worked and my Roku TV linked as well. |

I can understand Spanish and English, sadly I couldn't find at least an option to pick these languages, audio on those idioms. The price is fair, the one for 1 year $49.99 is great, has download included.Is not the service for me because I don't like to read all the time while watching video content. For the people complain about the ads,it's fair since you are not paying for it. |

I just wish the subtitles wouldn't flash so quickly when multiple lines of text are on the screen. Sometimes we have to rewind or pause so everyone can read the whole thing. They move faster then Netflix subtitles do. |

I have no problem logging in on a browser on my laptop, yet when I log in on the app, everything is gone like it's created a whole new account. It doesn't show any of my watched list or continue watching. The app saves nothing. It's useless for watching things on the go that I've been watching through previously. |
